Welcome back, Dominican Star enthusiasts!
As school begins to pick up, we are especially excited to provide you with the latest and greatest edition of the paper for the 2026-2027 academic year.
My name is Michael Del Genio, the new Editor-In-Chief of the Dominican Star for this fall semester.
I am very excited to take on this new role and responsibility for you all and bring you the best on-campus and local news possible.
Some stories to look into are the defunding of the MAP Grant that you’ll find on both pages 1 and 3. As well as meeting the new SGA President, Rawan Almoiaeer, who recently took over this year.
