Dominican is pleased to welcome Quest, our new dining service provider, to campus.
Since 1985, Quest has provided services to more than 110 kitchens across the Chicago metropolitan area, with Dominican as its first university location. From food tasting to making your own burrito, the new service looks promising.
“We are excited to expand into higher education and look forward to great experiences ahead,” says Claressa Padilla, catering director. “We’ve created a menu that reflects the needs of college students, faculty and staff, which features action stations, fresh made from scratch food, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. We look forward to serving everyone in the weeks and months ahead.”
Victor Soriano, director of dining services, has been working in the food service business for 20 years and has had experience in directing food service in California. Executive Chef Mynor Rivera has worked at the University of Chicago for many years before coming to Dominican.
Quest was included in the top 50 food management companies in the United States by Food Management Magazine, and it is rated as one of the fastest growing companies in the industry.
