As part of the Long Weekend, a number of buildings will be closed this week for multiple projects and repairs.
Parmer Hall will be completely closed to faculty and staff Friday from 6 a.m.-5 p.m. for repairs to the hot water system.
The second-floor women’s restroom in the MAC Building will be closed from Friday through the end of the day Sunday to perform necessary plumbing and roofing repairs.
The ceiling by the staircase in the Underground will be repaired. The patching and painting will fix previous damage to the roof and will take about two days to complete, said James DeFily, executive director of operations, buildings and grounds and LEED green associate.
